Bedoeling: ervoor zorgen dat medewerkers zich makkelijker met hun werkgevers kunnen identificeren, wat hun trouw ten goede komt; anderzijds kunnen werkgevers sneller de juiste kandidaten aantrekken. Daarnaast legt Fantastic zich ook toe op interne employer branding, touchpoint optimalisatie en recruitment marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Eigen aan de recht-door-zee aanpak van het bureau dat onder andere werkt voor <a href=\"https:\/\/fantastic.be\/nl-BE\/work\/een-rekruterings-campagne-die-smaakt-naar-meer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">McDonald\u2019s<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fantastic.be\/nl-BE\/work\/telenet-krijgt-het-voor-mekaar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Telenet<\/a> en de <a href=\"https:\/\/fantastic.be\/nl-BE\/work\/1897-nieuwe-inspecteurs-1-sterk-employer-brand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Federale Politie<\/a>, is onder andere hun focus op de authentieke verhalen en data van de bestaande werknemers, Zij spelen immers de hoofdrollen in je employer brand en worden zo de walkin\u2019 talkin\u2019 livin\u2019-reclame van hun bedrijf. Andere pijler in de Fantastic-visie: de bij voorkeur lange termijn partnerships met klanten die employer branding behandelen als een onderdeel van de corporate brand.<\/p>\n<p>In combinatie met de ongebreidelde ambitie van het bureau wierp deze benadering haar vruchten af. Fantastic zette in 2022 een stevige groei van meer dan 35% neer en wil daar tegen 2023 nog 20% bij doen. Het won 14 van de 18 pitches waaraan het deelnam en lanceerde 76 campagnes.<\/p>\n<p>De ondertussen 23 werknemers die verdeeld zijn over drie teams (client, creative en strategy) onder de algemene leiding van managing director &#038; partner Guy Wilssens (foto) delen allemaal talent, motivatie en een passie voor employer branding.<\/p>\n<p>Wist je trouwens dat Fantastic dat sinds 2020 een onderdeel is van 62Miles (een netwerk van bureaus die streven naar excellentie in marketing en tech, waarbij ook mortierbrigade en Only Humans aangesloten zijn) topresultaten behaalde bij het onderzoek ter voorbereiding van het Great Place to Work-label dat 62Miles in 2022 toegekend kreeg?
