More innovation. For our clients and for ourselves\u2019, lezen we onder meer in het dossier dat het bureau indiende en dat in twee expertisedomeinen: branding en interieurontwerp. Dit is wat WeWantMore werkelijk van de concurrentie onderscheidt.<\/p>\n<p>Pinkeye was tot zijn naamsverandering een multidisciplinaire designstudio, waarbij het gros van de omzet kwam uit uitvoerend recurrent werk voor grote klanten zoals Duvel Moortgat, Danone en P&#038;G.<\/p>\n<p>Sinds 2019 wordt WeWantMore daarom bewust gepositioneerd als een studio die gespecialiseerd is in branding en interieurontwerp, dit keer met de ambitie om \u201cstrategische ontwerpen te cre\u00ebren die een echte impact hebben op het leven van mensen en de activiteiten van onze klanten\u201d. Dit betekende geleidelijk afstand namen van puur uitvoerend werk om aldus meer betrokken te raken bij de strategische (re)branding en designuitdagingen van klanten.<\/p>\n<p>Momenteel komt 90% van de activiteit van WWM overeen met 100% van de nieuwe ambitie die vijf jaar geleden gestart werd. Kortom, WeWantMore is erin geslaagd om van een multitask- en uitvoeringsstudio naar een gespecialiseerde en strategische positionering te gaan. Het bureau haalde in 2022 49% van haar inkomsten uit nieuwe klanten.<\/p>\n<p>Vandaag cre\u00ebren alle experten van WeWantMore voor prestigieuze merken. Op branding vlak zijn de klanten van het bureau onder meer Neuhaus, Spadel, Loop Earplugs, Niko, Sportpaleis Group en Heineken en op het vlak van ontwerpinterieur zitten Accor Live Limitless, Campari Group, Manhattn\u2019s, Exki en McDonald\u2019s in de klantenportfolio.<\/p>\n<p>Het succes van WWM is gebaseerd op een collaboratieve aanpak met zijn klanten, aangezien zijn werk vaak een fundamentele verandering voor het merk inhoudt en bijna altijd een impact op lange termijn heeft. Er komt eveneens een goed partner- en stakeholdermanagement gedurende het hele proces bij kijken.<\/p>\n<p>Daartoe hanteert WWM vier opeenvolgende fases die onlosmakelijk met elkaar verbonden zijn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2018Understand &#038; inspire\u2019 (totale onderdompeling in het product of de dienst, het merk, de commerci\u00eble en maatschappelijke context van de klant, om insights te genereren),<\/li>\n<li>\u2018Clarify &#038; define\u2019 (key insights omzetten in originele idee\u00ebn die clich\u00e9s en gemakkelijke oplossingen overstijgen),<\/li>\n<li>\u2018Concept &#038; narrative\u2019 (het defini\u00ebren van een uniek \u2018big idea\u2019 dat de essentie van het merk uitdrukt en een emotionele band cre\u00ebert met de mensen die met het merk communiceren ),<\/li>\n<li>\u2018Design\u2019 (het uitwerken van design dat mensen op een emotioneel niveau raakt in plaats van op een cognitief niveau, waarbij merken in het hart worden gesloten in plaats van in het hoofd).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deze beproefde methodologie overtuigde vorig jaar de juryleden van de Dezeen, FRAME en European Property Awards voor de expertise rond interieurontwerp, evenals die van de CB Awards, Pentawards, Design Week Awards en zelfs de Effie op het vlak van de branding expertise.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Tell someone something and they might forget.
